Taming and Nurturing our Instinctual Drives (Working with the Enneagram Subtypes)

All humans have three primary instincts that keep us alive: self preservation, sexual and social. They are all beautiful and necessary, but the problem is that they become distorted by our personality. We each have an imbalance within these three instincts that leads us to be biased towards one and to repress another, and this leads to all sorts of chaos in our lives! Almost every relationship “problem” we encounter (with family, spouse, coworkers, etc) stems from a misunderstanding of our instincts.

In this workshop, we will learn the intricacies of each of these instinctual drives and why they matter to build flourishing relationships, physical health, purpose and spiritual development. You will learn practical tools to tame your over-dominant instinct, nurture your neglected instinct, and work with your inner critic beliefs that get in the way of real and sustainable change.

Bring a friend or your partner! This workshop is quite fun!
